JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 460 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was earlier on bail but failed to appear before the Sessions court after commitment of the case resulting cancellation of his bail bond and subsequently, he was declared absconder. It appears that occurrence took place in the year 2002 and charge sheet was submitted in the year 2013 and after that the commitment was made on 26.05.2013. Moreover, petitioner was remanded in this case on 07.09.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody.

No.17432 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2002.
