The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 327 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., all the F.I.R. named accused persons called Pawan Yadav (son of the informant) and took him away from his house and thereafter, the victim did not return. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation in the respective statement of son, wife and daughter-in-law of the informant that the victim was indulged in preparation of illicit country-made liquor alongwith this petitioner and other co-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43301 of 2021(2) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 accused and they raised suspicion that these accused (including petitioner) have committed the murder of Pawan Yadav (victim). Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 30.12.2020.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 327 of 2019.
