Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section-370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-16 of Bonded Labour System Abolition Act, 1976.

Petitioners were caught by police while they were carrying some children to get them employed as bonded labour and for the aforesaid act, petitioners are in jail custody since 1901-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in
