Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

In the present case, the dispute is with regard to constitution of Managing Committee, which came into existence in the year 2019.

Learned counsel for the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna submits that as per the provision of the Act, the life of the Managing Committee is only 03 years and since the committee was constituted in the year 2019, the term of the Committee has already expired, as such, this writ application has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ application stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
