The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sessions Trial No. 191 of 2015 arising out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 489(A)(B)(C)(D)(E), 120(B), 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7/8 of the Bihar Lottery Regulation Act. The prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 04.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21237 of 2015.

Twenty two fake currency notes of different denominations were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It appears that altogether Rs.23,050/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.02.2015 and has already remained in jail for about
