Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 47A of the Excise Act. Taking into consideration that neither petitioners were caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from their conscious possession and furthermore, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Umesh Ray, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Aurangabad in NTPC Khaira P.S.
