2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17711 of 2026 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 39 of 2026 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order so passed.

3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in this modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioner before the learned Court below is extended by a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34639 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 further period of four weeks from today.

4. The rest of the conditions as stipulated in the aforesaid order dated 25.03.2026 shall remain intact.
