Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that she had gone along with the petitioner but statement of the victim does not reflect this fact that any force or allurement was used by the petitioner in taking away the victim.

No doubt, victim appears to be minor aged about 15 years but the petitioner was also aged about 19 years at the time of alleged occurrence and it appears that it is case of love affair of young chaps. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
