The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant along with his four brothers are said to be running saw mill in the name and style of M/s Anand Kumar & brothers Saw Mill under the partnership. Subsequently one of his brothers namely Anand Kumar Singh who was also the partner of the said firm passed away and thereafter the petitioner who happens to be his wife got the license transferred in her name taking the licensing authority in collusion.

The aforesaid saw mill was not running under partnership rather under the proprietorship of the husband of the petitioner. The husband of the petitioner was the sole proprietor of the said firm and after demise of her husband she applied for renewal of the license in her name and after hearing the parties competent authority renewed the license in her favour. Moreover it is a case of civil nature. She happens to be lady and she has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
