JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 10659 of 2014, disclosing offence under Section 498A of IPC.

Allegation of demand of Rs.50,000/- and a motorcycle, for that, subjecting her to cruelty. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted. As a matter of fact, she is not ready to reside with the petitioner, whereas he is still ready to keep her with dignity and care.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

In this case, notice was issued to the opposite party no.2 and service report disclosed that mother of the opposite party no.2 has received the notice and she disclosed that

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, as stated above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri Uma Shankar Narayan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No. 10659 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
