The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 385, 324, 325, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which informant and others sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that in the background of some land dispute, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34874 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 present F.I.R has been registered. It is also submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that injury is simple in nature, which is alleged to be inflicted by the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
