The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he confined a deaf and dumb lady inside a bus and made an unsuccessful attempt to commit rape with her. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015 pending in the court of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18613 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna. This application for bail is, accordingly, rejected.
