Earlier petitioner has moved this court for a direction to make payment of arrears of salary. During the pendency of writ application, the service of the petitioner was dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has the instruction that the petitioner has now been reinstated. In view of the aforesaid development learned counsel submits that
