The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Fulena Sahani, Binod Sahani (the petitioner) and Jitendra Sahani were moving along with her son but her son did not return and his dead body was recovered. It is submitted that Fulena Sahani and Jitendra Sahani have been granted bail along with Bulla Sahani in Cr. Misc. No. 3721/2014. Other accused persons Buchcha Sahani, Budhan Sahani and Binod Sahani have been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20943/2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 23580/2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of Fulena Sahani, Bulla Sahani and Jitendra Sahani.

No.18544 of 2015 (3) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 266 of 2013.
