Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation and the same has been brought on record by way of Annexure-7 to the writ petition. Since the representation has been filed long back, the petitioner seeks to file a fresh
Patna High Court CWJC No.10151 of 2020(3) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 representation giving the detailed facts and information relating to his claim and relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.
3. In light of the report submitted by the Hon'ble Justice S. B. Sinha (retired), who was Chairman of the Commission and the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition, the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the Registrar of the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, preferably within a period of six weeks, from the date of communication of this order considering the fact that the petitioner has now superannuated.
