2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, some unknown persons looted a truck at the point of fire-arms.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedent. Nothing was recovered from their possession and

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

6. After accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedents of the petitioners.
