The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 435 and 427 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured during the course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 5 months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2012.
