JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that there is altercation between informant and petitioner. Petitioner threatened her to kill her husband and after some time the dead body of her husband was recovered from canal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except this allegation there is no allegation against the petitioner and merely on suspicion she has made them accused. One Ranjeet Muni and Mantu Muni has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.2251 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19271 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Champa Devi, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J. 3rd, Katihar in S.T. No.87 of 2015 arising out of Korha P.S. Case No.137 of 2013, subject to the conditions that (i) That one of the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.
