The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Subham Kumar Singh. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. On the person of injured, only fire-arm injury has been found. There is case and counter case and both sides sustained injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36612 of 2022(3) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
