On getting confidential information regarding assemblage of members of banned organization, a raiding party was constituted which proceeded towards Barasaudi Pahar. The miscreants managed to escape. Explosive substances in form of cane bomb, cylinder bombs etc were seized there from. Thereafter the informant also disclosed names of members of banned organization including the petitioner on the basis of confidential information.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
