By way of the present restoration application, petitioner seeks to restore the Cr. Miscellaneous No. 21195 of 2019, which stood dismissed for non compliance of order dated 08.04.2019.

Having considered the averments made in restoration application as well as the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, Cr. Miscellaneous No. 21195 of 2019 is restored to its original position. Petitioner is permitted to remove the defect within a period of two weeks.
