The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner was on bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 19.07.2008. The petitioner was arrested and produced in the court on 16.02.2015 and since then he is in jail. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than four and half months for misusing the privilege of bail for about seven years. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
