01-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner prays for bail in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 340 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other FIR named accused persons committed torture and caused death of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner was not present at the time of alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
