====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Guthni P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It is evident that in view of the order passed by this court F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner, who at the relevant time was Block Education Officer. It is evident on perusal of the F.I.R. that illegally appointment letters were issued by the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
