2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 08.12.2016 passed in CWJC No. 14713 of 2016. The writ petition was disposed off in the following terms:

"Heard parties.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that despite an application for grant of licence for N. P. Bore pistol having been filed on 23.04.2015 itself and further that police has also submitted verification report,

Patna High Court MJC No.2926 of 2017(4) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 the matter has been kept pending by the licensing authority.

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-licensing authority, Patna to take a decision in the matter of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the decision has already not been taken."

3. In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3, copy of order contained in Memo No. 2051 dated 18.10.2017 has been brought on record, by which the application for grant of licence of the petitioner has been rejected by a detailed order.

4. Copy of the same was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 30.11.2017 but no rejoinder to the same has been filed.

5. From the pleadings and materials on record, it transpires that the order dated 08.12.2016 passed in CWJC No. 14713 of 2016 has been complied with.
