Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 20.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47130 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted along with the others to the deceased. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there are allegations against the other persons also but only one injury was found on the person of the deceased and three injuries on the other parts of the body. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation and as on merit his prayer for bail has already been rejected, as such I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however,

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
