JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2025 Heard Mr. Alok Kumar Alok, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Umeshanand Pandit, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 10, 11, 13, 17, 18, 18A, 19 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on secret information, a raid was conducted and three persons were apprehended on the spot. It is alleged that they were planning to blow off the railway track.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. name of petitioner transpired in this case during course of investigation. Charge-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34213 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that there is specific accusation that this petitioner, along with other accused persons, were planning to blow off the railway track. Petitioner has got 13 criminal antecedents, some of which are of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is rejected.
