1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498(A) and 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he has instruction to make specific submission that petitioner is willing to resume his conjugal life and will keep the informant with full dignity and honour along with the child. It is further submitted that petitioner will ensure the well-being of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the informant submits that he also has instruction to make submission that even the informant is willing

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall go to the parental house of the informant to bring her back to her matrimonial home along with the child at Mumbai on 14.08.2023.

6. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the moment the petitioner will go to bring back the informant she will accompany him willingly.

7. Learned counsel for the informant, at this stage, submits that if the matrimonial relationship will revive, the informant shall withdraw all other cases filed against the petitioner.

8. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
