Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to have committed rape on 12 years old girl, I am not inclined to release him on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Trial no. 08/2014 arising out of Majorganj (Suppi) P.S. Case no. 227/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Sitamarhi stands rejected.
