JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2022 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.03.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.39752 of 2014, whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but he could not furnish his bail bond.

Having considered the submissions as well as the statements made in the application, the prayer for modification is allowed. The time granted for furnishing bail bond of the petitioner is extended by further four weeks. The order dated 27.03.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.39752 of 2014 is modified to the extent indicated above.

The application is disposed of.
