The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code for kidnapping the son of the informant for ransom.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Mathura Yadav. The victim returned and made his statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. The victim disclosed the name of one Vicky. The petitioner is in jail since 10.02.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade. The victim did not disclose the name of the petitioner although it appears that he was severely tortured and he got many injuries on his body. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19417 of 2015 (3) dt.03-07-2015 come has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 19.03.2015 in Criminal Misc. No. 44695 of 2014. Considering the facts and circumstances aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014.
