In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 961 of 2014 arising from Kotwali P.S. Case No. 261 of 2014 registered for offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the victim was killed in the house of Baidyanath Mandal @ Sudhir Mandal.

In the ante mortem report, bruise was found in the body of the victim and the Doctor found injury in the neck of victim and the death has taken place due to asphyxia. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19184 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 Accordingly, this petition is rejected.
