Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.2.2015 in a case registered under sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, section 396 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act were also added.
It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the petitioner was remanded in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and even after completion of investigation, I.O could not succeed to bring any cogent material to show involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime except confessional statement of co-accused as well as the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya
