2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Nalanda Cyber P.S.Case No. 69 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 111(2), 316(2), 318 (4), 336 (3), 303(2), 338, 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of BNS and section 66, 66(c), 66(D) of I.T Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others were caught for committing cyber crime. Three mobile phones and other incriminating material were recovered.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2025.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this
