JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-395, 396 & 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 07-11-2015 but it appears that the I.O. did not take pain to arrange test identification parade of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11811 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 225 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
