JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2022 Mr. Arun Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner with respect to payment of salary for the period that he has worked, has been redressed and nothing remains to be agitated in the present petition.

If there is any cause of action, the petitioner be given the liberty to agitate the same before an appropriate forum.

Considering the fact that the main prayer of the petitioner of being paid for the period that he has worked, has been allowed, there is no reason for this Court to keep

So far as the liberty to the petitioner for agitating other claims before an appropriate forum is concerned, that may not be necessary as the doors of Judiciary are always open for the needy.
