The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is said to have strangulated his wife to death. It is submitted that the wife herself committed suicide on some petty family dispute.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 132 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga. His

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19117 of 2015 (4) dt.03-09-2015 prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.
