During course of arguments, a copy of corrected mark-sheet has been submitted by the Bihar School Examination Board. It has been stated by learned counsel for the Board that now the result of Biology of the petitioner has been published and the revised result has been issued by the Board in which the petitioner has secured first division. A photo copy of the mark-sheet as well as certificate has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the fact that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Permission is granted.
