The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S.Case No.147 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 337, 338, 379, 307, 436, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Prevention of Damages of Public Property Act, 1984..

FIR discloses that it appears that 50 unknown persons including the petitioner came in a mob and disturbed the traffic and further allegation is that they damaged the government jeep and took away the government receipts.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he is named in the FIR but nothing specific has

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria/Successor court in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar ) P.S.Case No.147 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
