2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No.08 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Later on, Section 118(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 03.01.2025 at about 11:30 am, informant received information on phone that his younger son (petitioner) stabbed knife to his wife and on the basis of said information, informant reached at his house where he found that his younger daughter-in-law was in serious condition. Thereafter, informant took his daughter-in-law to Ruban Hospital, Patna for treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is suffering from Schizophrenia disorder since 2017 and in this regard, the copy of medical prescription has also been filed with the petition. Petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2025 and the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No.08 of 2025.
