The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 02.05.2018 in CWJC No.5422/2017.

A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.3 to 6 i.e. the B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura stating that all the payments have been made to the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.3324 of 2018(5) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 and a calculation chart is also part of the said show-cause. The said show-cause filed on 02.07.2019 and there is no rejoinder. This Court satisfied that the order stands complied and in that background the contempt petition stands disposed of.
