Nobody appears on behalf of the State.
By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent nos. 3 and 4, namely, the Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies,
Patna High Court CWJC No.8557 of 2020(3) dt.04-03-2021 2/2 Darbhanga Pramandal, Darbhanga and the District Cooperative Officer, Samastipur respectively, to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 21.07.2020, which has been enclosed with this writ petition as Annexure -P/7. This is an innocuous prayer which could be allowed even in the absence of the learned counsel for the State. The respondent nos. 3 and 4 are directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner referred above dated 21.07.2020 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition stands allowed and disposed of to the extent indicated above.
