Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mufassil (Lakho) P.S.Case No.709 of 2018 dated 19.11.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 348, 337, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the wife of the informant by rod causing injury to her. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case and the injury is simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32185 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Mufassil (Lakho) P.S.Case No.709/2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
