Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but they were caught in course of investigation and, allegedly, their confessional statement was recorded. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent nor any incriminating article has been recovered from their possession.

Petitioners are in jail custody since 07.11.2015. Petitioner no.1 happens to be co-villager of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like
