JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 412, 413, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26(i)(ii), 35 of the Arms Act.
Petitioners were caught on the spot but nothing was recovered from their conscious possession. The name of petitioners came in this case in the confessional statements of co-accused, who were caught on the spot.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
