Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of eight weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 325, 308, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, in the backdrop of land dispute, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant as a result of which, the informant sustained injury. When the informant's parents came to rescue, the petitioner along with co-accused assaulted the informant's mother by lathi, danda and rod. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the

The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The nature of injury is said to be simple. Due to previous enmity, the name of the petitioner has been dragged in the present case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 08 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
