Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, having regard to the facts that the petitioner is having an alternative remedy of filing a revision before the Divisional Commissioner against the order passed by the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to avail the remedy of revision before the Divisional Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. On such revision being filed, the same shall be disposed off in accordance with law duly taking into consideration the grounds raised by the petitioner. The entire
