Petitioner happens to be Dewar of the deceased whose marriage was solemnized with brother of the petitioner 10 to 11 years ago.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he established illicit relation with the deceased and subsequently, deceased was killed due to the above stated illicit relation as well as illegal demand. Admittedly, after due investigation, police submitted charge sheet under sections 323, 376, 504, 306 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards annexure 2 to the petition and submitted that on the petition of the informant of the present case, one ASI enquired into the matter and found that deceased died of abdominal pain and moreover, after

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
