2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 354, 354(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape upon the victim and also he is alleged to have looted her.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.2.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has

7. Though the allegation is of committing rape but from the records, it appears that the petitioner is being made accused in different cases in different States. The petitioner is a resident of Uttar Pradesh and he is said to be travelling in Bihar and all of a sudden, he along with other co-accused has committed rape upon the victim which seems to be unbelievable.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 158 of 2025 arising out of Govindpur P.S.
