ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 18-03-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, but nothing could come out of it. Considering the merits of the case, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 18.04.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.1/2003 to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

However, from henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of `5,000/- (five thousand) per month to the Opposite Party No.2 instead of `750/- (seven hundred fifty). The application stands disposed off.
